Here at the Cameron Mills Group, we believe in giving people of all ages the confidence to explore their creativity and passion for music. We are dedicated to unlocking everyone's full potential through fun education and performance. As part of this, we offer bespoke mentoring to individuals and groups, tailored to their unique aspirations and goals.

All mentoring is delivered personally by me, Cameron Mills. As a Classic Brit nominated touring singer, vocal coach, podcast host, talent agent and music studio/school owner, I have a wealth of music industry experience and I passionately believe that everyone should have the opportunity to access the Arts.

I will work closely with you to understand your strengths and interests, crafting a customised mentoring plan to help you reach your full potential.

I can offer real-world insights into the music industry, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to succeed. Whether it's navigating the complexities of the music business, coaching you on technique or honing your stage presence, I can support you on your musical journey.
WHO I'VE WORKED WITH
I've been honoured to mentor individuals and groups from a broad range of schools, community programmes and other organisations including Devonport High School for Boys, Running Deer, Chapel Bridge, St James, Mayflower Community Academy, KHQ, Stover School, South Dartmoor College, Shebbear College, Access Creative College and more.
I employed Cameron’s services after watching him leading the Rock Project at our school. Cameron had an amazing command in his role, working with variety of students, some with complex needs, and I could see their delight and security at working with him. He has blossomed within his role at DHSB and, in hiring him to be a role model to our young people, I could not have wished for a better outcome.
